  • That depends on your needs and goals, I have an individualistic approach and tailor the treatment for each client. Most of the treatment will be rooted in CBT modalities and may take influence from positive psychology and schema therapy. While I keep a holistic awareness in my work, I do not always integrate holistic techniques into the therapy sessions.

  • I can help you to understand and acknowledge any emotional problems that you may be dealing with, along with any thoughts or thinking patterns and behaviours that may be linked to those feelings. Together, we can find insight, clarity, and make positive changes depending on your needs and goals.

  • Yes, there are some situations where I would recommend seeking more specialised treatment. This would be the case for more severe complaints and disorders.

    I am also speciailised in treating adults, therefore, will not be offering services to individuals under 16 years old at present.

  • Yes, if you cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you receive a full refund. However, if you do not cancel your appointment before this window, you will be charged for the appointment. Please still make sure to cancel the appointment.

  • That is dependent on an individual basis. There is no obligation to commit to a certain amount of sessions with me and the frequency that we meet can be under consistent revision.

    In the beginning, one session a week is generally a good starting point but this can be tailored to more or less respective of your needs and schedule.

  • No, I tailor the treatment for each client and therefore will not design interventions that do not work for you. When talking about the connection of the “soul” in relation to the mind and body with regards to well-being, this can have a different meaning for everyone. It is up to you if you want to explore this aspect during your sessions.
